Great way to do pull ups, dips, push ups!
Looked like a lot to assemble but it was easier than it looked. Definitely better to have 2 people. Donโt tighten the screws until everything is in place!I love using this! Itโs exactly what I wanted to train yo do pull ups without depending on a doorway. It is freestanding and is quite sturdy. Definitely worth the money spent! Kids can even do mini dips with the push up bars!
