Ideal for Medical Situations. I have to take my pills every day and always forget to drink until I have to take my pills; This means I know exactly where I am in terms of water consumption. My only issue is that sometimes I wish it was a little smaller, it's just that the size of the mug is a little intimidating. But it also allows me to go without individual bottles and only have to refill them four times a day instead of having to drink bottled water, even large bottles, for a week, which I really like (our water is sub-standard and contains a large amount of copper and trace elements). This is a great product that is really functional. Just expect to feel splashes of water in your stomach for the first few days, but don't worry, once you get used to this amount of consumption you won't even notice it.
