We took this hammock on a 2 day camping trip early in August. It was incredibly easy to set up. Just pull it out of the bag, which is attached so you can't lose it, pick your spot and tie it up. I'm well over 200 pounds and it held me just fine. There was lots of extra material that I could almost pull it over me and be completely hidden if I wanted.to.I will note that I did not use the rope which came with it to tie it up. I'm not an experienced knot tier and I didn't trust I'd be able to tie it tight enough to hold me. I purchased a separate set of straps to use instead. All together, I had it up and was using it in about 3 minutes.I used the Emerald Mountain hammock straps, which I highly recommend buying mainly due to their policy of planting a tree for every item purchased. They also were quite durable and had no problem holding my weight.
