my face loves this product. Serious. After the California fires, I never felt like my face was clean and stripped of a layer of everyday products and dirt. This cleaner solves the problem. I use it after makeup eraser for no more than 30-45 seconds and rinse with cold water. Skin is amazingly bright, clear and ready for my overnight polish. However, my skin is tough! I use Retin A, Glycolic Acid, Vitamin C etc and haven't had any issues with them other than a slight tingling sensation. If you have any kind of sensitivity I would refrain from doing it to avoid burning the skin of your face.
