Product arrived in perfect condition, some reviews said it was dented, some also said the sink was too fragile for the faucet. This is an easy fix: when you cut out the sink, leave a piece of countertop where the faucet goes and match the cutout to the sink. I made mine and the faucet is nice and solid, doesn't move at all.
