I train intensively several times a week and my hair is always sweaty at the end. I couldn't just let the sweat dry, that would be gross. So I needed a very light product that could wash away the sweat, regular water wouldn't do the trick but regular shampoo would dry my hair enough that I would wash it. This product is perfect. My hair looks like baby hair, soft and clean. Air conditioning is also not required. You just wet your head and apply a lot of this stuff, concentrating on the roots, and I use a wide-toothed comb in the shower to smooth it down. It feels soft and creamy when on the head. Then I leave it on for a minute and rinse it off. The smell is pleasant, herbal. I air dry to further reduce damage. It doesn't lather at all, but you don't need lather to clean your hair, it's just a misconception of cleanliness instilled in women by the beauty industry, and the lathering chemical is actually terrible for your hair.
