I bought this specifically to make soy milk for tofu. I watched a YouTube video for how to make from scratch. For the first batch I made I used a Blendec and cheese cloth. The second batch I made was using the Hurom cold press and it's was so much more pleasurable to prepare soy milk using this method over a blender. This was basically the only cold press company who seemed to do a good job for soy milk and I'm so happy I made this purchase.
