First, it took us over a week to register it and use the app. The registration email that you should have received to verify your email address never arrived. This was the first time we contacted support. We get over this and then Live Photos doesn't work. Support gives us step-by-step guides and troubleshooting (they are very good), but Live Photos still doesn't work. Now after 2 months of owning this machine it doesn't stop printing the same image over and over again. The application says it will print the selected images, but the resulting photo is not one of the selected ones. The support people are nice enough, but all the support in the world won't make it work if the app is clearly missing and keeps crashing. It was a waste of time and money.
