I bought this 16 camera home surveillance system and was initially very impressed with the ease of installation. However, the 5 Series NVR maintains an IP address that can only be accessed through the web browser function of the software. Even though the camera settings opens, we cannot adjust the motion detection, sensitivity, etc. because the video won't load, but the message "Resources are limited, the video stream could not be played" appears. Tried twice with multiple browsers and tech support to no avail. The pros in Houston are also stuck in a dead end. I want to be honest and give Amcrest a chance to fix this with a patch but only one star so far.
