Low cost but certainly not as good as the originals.
You have a "gating" in which the mold cavities of the wheel are filled with plastic during injection onto the rolling surfaces. Because of this, they roll badly. The originals are "closed" to the sidewall of the wheel so it doesn't interfere with rolling. After trimming and scraping off what was left of the gate, it started to work better. You get what you pay for if you are not so critical of your expectations. They work.
