best wool for the price

I have about 7 or 8 of these now, great wool blanket for the price. I mostly use them in the winter, draped over a regular blanket. I live in a 1 bedroom cabin on the 45th parallel (the Canadian border is 5 miles away), it gets about 30 degrees below zero in the winter and my cabins are only heated by a cast iron wood stove, maybe 85 when I do then go to bed 70 noon if i wrap a regular blanket around me then around 4am it's about 50 and i wrap a woolen blanket around it then i go out around 5:30 and light the stove again and sit down under the blankets until the cabin is' not warm enough. these blankets are great. I also cut one and made a hooded coat when my last store bought coat wore out and I ran out of money to buy another one in January. I used my first one at the ranger school in Wanaken (a college for rangers in the mountains, back in '08). definitely excellent blankets for the money, if not very soft, but what do you expect from wool? warm and that's what matters.
