Review on 🔧 Oatey 39017 Sure-Vent Air Admittance Valve, 1.5" x 2", White by Dean Pascual

I was happy to install two new AAVs that I bought for my kitchen sink and tub, both of which drain very slowly. I was disappointed that no difference was noticed with either installation, in fact the kitchen sink seems to be draining more slowly than before. Both installed as recommended and just like the 1 year old Studor Vent I have under my sink which works great with no issues. This bleed valve can prevent excess pressure from being sucked out of the P-traps, but if you're looking for a solution to slow drain pipes, this bleed valve isn't for you.
