The ability to set up social media posts automatically, which reduces a lot of overhead. Very easy-to-use and powerful tool. So far everything looks and works like it should. Not much to dislike so far. We've been able to automate all our social media posting by using the API, which is what really saved us time. It's helped tremendously in terms of time savings, as well as more consistency across platforms. I like how it is easy for clients to use with their own content/photos/videos. The fact that they have so many different templates makes it very flexible. You can also create custom pages if needed which has been great! There are some things that could be improved but nothing major. We've used this product in conjunction with our website builder (Wix) and we love being able to add social media posts straight into our site without having to go through an extra step.
