The tint cap was turned inside out, but it was easy to fix by just twisting it to the right! :) came a bag for travel and storage with a picture and very detailed instructions! ! The lights are somehow tied together (with zips or clips) so there are little stars AND big stars. There are TWO battery packs that require 3 batteries to operate. However, only ONE pack needs to be full to turn on the light. The second pack makes the light brighter when you put batteries. Not a single complaint. EXACTLY like the picture! <3
