Disclosure I'm an engineer and found the holes to be a bit small (0.190" in diameter) so I measured the neck of the camera and found it to be about 25"^2. about 13 in^2 (this unit is now the narrowest (as far as I can see) in the model 3 air conditioning system. When I set the fan to maximum (worst case) and installed it using the original holes, it sucked hard and I could change the air clearance, i didn't want to restrict the airflow too much so i drilled all the holes to .250" (it took about 20 minutes on my drill press). Now when i put this at an altitude, it sucks little and i don't hear any Tone change in the creek and it still needs to prevent the leaves from falling into the chamber. This fits perfectly from the outside and was easy to fit after drilling.
