Garbage. I just lost everything I paid for.

garbage. I just lost everything I paid for this keyboard and mouse. Keeps turning off. Completely unreliable and unpleasant experience. I hated Dell for their inferior computers. Peripherals were the only Dell products I could get my hands on. Now these are blacklisted. The mouse just looks good. Otherwise it's crap. It has an odd drift when in use and the sensor is at the top of the front of the mouse. So when you need to make a precise movement with the mouse, it's quite difficult to control the movement on the screen because the back of the mouse drifts as you move. The front sensor does not move due to the unusual shape and imbalance. To make matters worse, it has a noticeable lag. Something you would never consider for gaming or imaging. You'd better pay more and get stuff from Logitech. An absolute flop from Dell. ---------------------------------- ------------------------------ ---------------------------------- ------------------------------ ---------------------------------- ------------------------------ -------------------- Update 29 September 2018: I was just looking for a solution and found something interesting. Someone suggested deleting all USB drivers on the machine, which I did, using a PS/2 keyboard to control my device (not ideal for a plug and play product). However, things got a little more manageable when using the key. However, the trick came to light when I tried this combination between my desktop and laptop. In case of a connection error when switching between Bluetooth connection and dongle, another error will be added to the list. I thought it was a Bluetooth issue on one of my computers as I switched the dongle back and forth between them to no avail. The problem is still there. Tried a few laptops + my desktop. This indicates that there is a problem with the keyboard and mouse combo itself. You can get better performance with a cheaper wireless combo, leaving the elegance and good looks of the combo as the only benefit.
