The water has a metallic taste. Now I'm scared because I didn't see anything on the label that was FDA approved.
Spare parts arrived, I followed the instructions to soak and clean before use, the first gave the water an unpleasant metallic taste, I tried the second, a similar taste, not the same as the first but similar. The original that came with the jug tasted fine, not sure why they are different but I think I got lucky. But what is in this filter to make it taste like this, can it be dangerous to drink? Possibly less healthy than tap water.
