Review on Prima Marketing Tropical Watercolor 🎨 Confections 12-Count Set: Vibrant Palette for Artists by Nicole Mcleod

The perfect little pot of paint!

The perfect little paint can! This is my second watercolor glass that I have ordered from the Prima collections. I bought paints from Decadent Pies for the first time and fell in love! This is a really good travel set and even for someone like me who is new to watercolor painting the price is right! The paint cans are individually wrapped in plastic cellophane and come with colored paper with the paint number written on it - lovely attention to detail from the company! These jars have many great features: - small for travel and easy to hold with a handy metal loop that attaches to the back of the detachable metal bowl that holds the paint, making it easy to clean and change color bowls - the bowls can be easily removed from the tray by simply prying a little metal valves on it and when all the pots are back in place just flip the flaps back, it's easy! (attached is a photo of the one I bent) - the colors dry fairly quickly and are of good quality (rather opaque so a bit is missing!) I've posted a couple of photos to get the best possible close-up of the colors . how could I. I love the blank cards included for making my own designs! Just in case, I taped the paper sleeve to the back of mine for reference. The only thing Prima wants to add to these sets are color names, not just numbers, so I made up my own names! I know these names mean nothing to anyone but me, but I stayed on the collection theme. My sweet husband took us to Kauai for our honeymoon, hence my Hawaiian tropical names :) I've also included a photo of my sample of decadent cakes. All in all a really great set and I recommend it to all color lovers!
