Review on 💧 Mineral Fusion Waterproof Mascara Cliff - Long-Lasting Definition and Volume, 0.57 oz by Laurance Kim

1.) NOT "brown" "cocoa" like described; I even checked the manufacturer's website for a photo/color description before purchasing from Revain. The product I received is correctly labeled 'Cocoa' on the box and mascara tube but it is VERY DARK, does not look 'tan' and is much darker brown than all the other brands I have -black or blackish-brown. The mascara and the bristle brush are made of black plastic, and the color of the mascara looks almost the same as the black plastic. (You can usually tell the difference with "brown” mascara immediately, "brown” is distinctly brown compared to "black” plastic.) 2.) NOT "waterproof”; I smudged a bit on the back of my hand to make sure it really was as dark as I thought it was and took a picture; then I was wondering how difficult it is to wash/remove it because it smears/smudges on my skin quite easily even after it has dried completely. So I tested it for "water resistance" and found that it could be removed instantly and easily with a paper towel dipped in plain water. I guess I may have stumbled upon one of the 'bad batches' which is the wrong product in the wrong packaging/wrongly labeled? VERY amazing and absolutely disappointing.
