I started using this pump a little over a month ago. It started well, had multiple functions, speeds and settings to stimulate milk flow. I've been using it for a little over a month now as my son was born on January 30th 2020 - the motor is dying, it's not powerful enough to pump both sides at the same time - so what's the point of a dual pump? - if I can't pump both at the same time. The pump started making a strange noise about a week ago, but I was able to increase the suction and it kept pumping both. Then like in the middle of the night when you are already tired of feeding the baby the pump decides not to allow me to pump the left side my son is refusing to eat with. And will not fully pump the right side. I've tried rotating and doing one side at a time, but it doesn't fully express any side at max pump power. My husband looked at it the next day, after fixing some issues with various things for me, he told me that the pump could no longer handle pumping from both sides. So last night I went to the store to buy another pump because I now have two full breasts and can't get a pump to express them. I should have known the price was too good to be true.
