I want to give a good review because it works great but I'm SOOOOO disappointed that Crock Pot changed the look of their lights to cheap aluminum. I bought a smaller one from Target to replace my 15 year old crock pot simply because the handle on my old one broke. I was shocked when I opened it up and MASSAGED the exterior right out of the box! It works, but it's so cheaply made. I ordered this one thinking it was an upgraded version. nope It's made from the same cheap aluminum on the outside, too. Having said that, I used both for the first time yesterday and this one worked much better than Target's smaller one, but neither can match my old one. So sad.
