The product I received was not what was advertised. I was supposed to receive 2 packs of large 3 inch toilet flap replacement for TOTO G-Max model. Instead I received two 1 packs and they didn't look the same. Also, both backpacks looked old and dusty, as if they had been hanging in some store for a long time. Luckily one of the shutters worked when I installed it so I didn't ask for a refund. However, the delivery was not up to usual Revain standards.
