Another terrible useless stuff from HP. I'm convinced that hell, if it exists, is just a giant room full of HP printers and pathetic lost souls forced to print shipping labels ahead of time. Pros: - Looks like a printer: If you want to look like an adult who has his stuff together and has a nice professional home office, it will definitely look like you have a printer - LED light on the front: This printer has a nice LED a light on the front to show the status of the printer, basically it just stays a cool white color which I think means it's ditching your entire print queue. Cons: - Day one: It took me about 30 minutes to set up my printer, then I had to download "HP Smart" to my phone and computer for ease of use once everything was ready, but not after turning it on Turning the machine on and off worked about 3 dozen times, it finally spat out everything I sent. - Printer shows online and ready to print on "HP Smart" on my PC and mobile phone. The printer shows a Wi-Fi indicator and a stupidly cool LED on the front. DO NOT PRINT. - In the first 24 hours of ownership I spent over 2 hours of my time trying unsuccessfully to print labels. In my job I make about $80-$90 an hour. This printer was now costing me more labor than the printer itself was worth, with no benefit!
