Review on Clear Glass Baby Bottle With Natural Response Nipple - Philips AVENT Natural, 8Oz, Single Pack (SCY913/01) by Sara Hughes

My husband and I really liked these bottles. It’s easy to clean and the baby needs to suck out the milk compared to other nipples where it constantly drips. However, We’ve been having issues with the white rim that closes the bottle and the glass.The white cap wouldn’t screw on tight anymore and kept opening while feeding the baby. We wasted so much milk having it open while feeding and spilling all over myself and baby. I called customer service and had a new one sent… it took 1-2 weeks. Just now the glass broke inside the bottle warmer. We’ve been using these bottles for a few months now and had no problem with using them in the bottle warmer. I called customer service and the lady said the glass isn’t cover by warrantee and hung up on me right away. So i would say these bottles are easy to clean but durability is very iffy … which is super annoying when you keep needing to replace parts and prepare multiple bottles. Did the bottles break down after constant sanitizing and milk warming? Maybe it was user error, but how unfortunate is it that it broke down from normal wear and tear for what it was intended for. I’ve only had it for maybe 2 months.
