The controller itself looks very nice and works well. After about a month, the side buttons started failing, I use these buttons for crouching and lying down in multiplayer games, sometimes the buttons decide to work, but in the most important moments they don't work, which cost me a lot of games. I also contacted them and the customer service wasn't that bad, they tried to help, that's what counts right? Well they sent me a link to download an update for the mouse, it didn't work. Then they kept asking me to explain to them exactly what's going on with him, I've already done that, I have nothing more to add, then they wanted me to send me a video of what's going on with him, I think They didn't spend my time proving to them that their item was defective, they could just ask me to ship them the mouse and they could send me to a creditor to buy a mouse or a replacement from them. Redragon isn't bad, their keyboard which I got from them is great, but I'll definitely need to get another type of mouse that's more reliable.
