Review on Alvantor Children Playhouse Playground 8010 by William Bell

Let me tell you - we loved it at first - my kids loved it. during installation. For small children who like a rough house, this is (as it turns out) very dangerous. We have had this tent for less than a month. Now it's in the trash. My 2½ and 10 months love to fool around - my 10 month jumped into the tent, missed the small door and shifted his weight to the side (22lbs) which broke the pole. SHOT. My wife moved quickly, took him and my baby away from her, put them in another room, and carried the tenge outside. Vacuumed the floor and then went outside and took the tent down to see if it could be fixed. Realizing too late that the pole is detaching from the fiberglass digging into the skin on their arms and forearms (fortunately not on our kids). I can't imagine if this happened when there wasn't an adult in the room - pain that would hurt a child's skin, let alone eyes, mouth, nose etc - it's awful and unimaginable. I think this product needs to be re-evaluated as a product for children and if marketed to children the chopsticks should be packaged or the material changed.
