Aqara M2 and G2H hubs are already installed but I have decided to add this new E1 model to my system. I find it a sleek and easy to install addition to my Aqara line. It's a simple concept that just works. I've had no trouble customizing it or adding accessories via HomeKit or the Aqara app. Immediately after installation, 2 consecutive and successful firmware updates were performed using the Aqara application. Note, however, that this won't happen if you're just setting up HomeKit.
