I was really hesitant to get this but I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger. I was in physical therapy for a while for my tennis elbow which was quite painful, it kept rebounding and between real elbow pain and forearm pain which was very punctual. The therapist worked on an area that was quite painful but brought relief. Now that I have this massage gun, I can easily reproduce this manipulation myself. After using this weapon, there was a certain turn in the curve. This is the first tool that I think really goes deep into the muscles and can provide benefits as opposed to many useless items. For the more adventurous, there are "massage" options that are also very enjoyable for both men and women. With a panel mount you can imagine the use case. Most other attachments work well for women, although they are not very strong. This may be one of the downsides of this pistol, it only has three speeds. Teragan is much more linear in controls.
