I didn't get a chance to test this product because of the horrible taste. I have tried many powders and supplements but never anything worse than this one (except Phenylethylamine which is one of the WORST supplements to try in my opinion). If you are purchasing this product I highly recommend purchasing the capsules and optionally a capsule making machine. The taste is simply sour mixed with the strong, sour taste of the medicine. Unfortunately, I cannot judge the effectiveness due to the impossibility of consumption, but I have not had any problems with the capsule version so far.
