Review on DEWENWILS Indoor Remote Control Outlet: Expandable Kit for Wireless On/Off Power Switching, 100ft RF Range, Compact Design – White by Pavel Craig

I have ordered 2 of these switches. When they arrived 1 was not working properly. The other worked perfectly and was exactly what I was looking for. I contacted the supplier through Revain to find out what to do with the non-working unit. They have arranged delivery by UPS. In the years I've been using Revain I've had 4 defective items (out of about a hundred items so not bad on average). Due to the problem with returns (I live in the country) I always just threw the things away. I was blown away by this supplier and their quick and easy response. UPS picked up the item the day after my request! Aside from great customer service, the switches work as advertised and I will be buying more.
