It was a terrible purchase, but I wasted my money.
The store agreed with the marriage. Immediately took the defective part to the manufacturer. There, the OTK also agreed that the cant. But the Metta company did not immediately issue a replacement part. The decor is pulled. It would seem something simpler: take a defective part and issue a serviceable one instead. Then figure it out yourself inside your company what and how. But no. For two weeks I have been sitting on a stool without a back for two tens of thousands of. If I were an emotional person, then I would say that the management of the company are people with whom I do not want to have any more business. It is better not to contact this office - you will waste your time and money.
- The fifth point does not sweat. The armrest is very comfortable.
- Broken copy. Curve, like boots, but passed the quality control department. Bulky (not large, namely bulky). Not great for an apartment. After 2 weeks of use as a stool without a back, handed over under warranty, the multiblock mechanism has already begun to click (my weight is 65 kg!). I can’t say anything bad about the gas lift - with my height I sit at the lowest point.
