We have ours in the shop. We were fed up with cheap products so we ordered this one. However, it stopped dehumidifying after about 18 months, so no better than the cheaper ones except for the guarantee. It still worked, but I couldn't lower the humidity. Customer service offered us several return options for repairs, but shipping was on us after the first 12 months. or buy NEW non-refurbished for $200 (total cost) with either a new 5 year warranty for $200 or extend the warranty we have for free which we did. Waiting for a new block. I was told we could have a refrigerant leak. We still have a few years of warranty left on this unit and it worked fine when it did, but it wasn't the reliable beast we were hoping for. If it doesn't survive this warranty period, we never recommend this brand. And as one reviewer said, the bezel around the coils is a little rusty, but that's none of our business. Fingers crossed, keep it up.
