I installed it (screwed into any ceiling light socket that accepts US bulbs) as soon as I got it switched it on and to be honest wasn't particularly impressed . Yes, it gave off a lot of light, but I didn't think it was $30. It was daytime when the sun shone through the windows of my garage. Fast forward to the last night after sunset. I flipped the switch and barely noticed my garage brighten up. . . BUT the only light source was this light instead of my usual garage lights: 200w CFL center, 1 4ft LED and 1 4ft fluorescent. This single light was as bright as all three. I replaced the 200W CFL with this light. I have to move my 2 4 foot legs to spread the light better because this LED is so bright. I'm very happy with the results of the lighting and recommend it to anyone who needs a bright white light that spreads over a large area. Although I don't like the price. I just don't see $30 here. $20 would be a much better price, but considering some companies are selling it for 2 or 3 times the price, it's a great product if you have a little cash to spend on your business. Now I have to find my ladder and move the others. on fire because of this bug!
