Review on 🚽 Bathroom Motor Assembly by NuTone - Model S0503B000 by Jeff Jackson

We have two of these in our bathrooms. They don't last forever, but are easy to replace. I had a freeze after 6 years and ordered a replacement. I then tried applying turbine oil to the motor shaft to get around this and it works again. The other squeaked once, but everything is fine now. So I don't need a replacement now, at least not yet. However, I'm tempted to keep them in case they're not available when the fans die. Revain made ordering easy as I just looked at my order history. It's hard to rate them as there really isn't any other option unless you want to do a full swap (no thanks). I'm glad it's possible to just replace the guts.
