Mold will grow! about humidifier

Less than a month later, mold started to form inside, rendering it unusable. I cleaned it after each use and let the filter dry completely before putting it back in. I even gave it a second chance after changing the filter, but the mold is back. Very disappointing as it was an amazing humidifier that moved easily around the house depending on where we needed it.
