Broke 15 minutes when first used. I couldn't return it to Revain so I boxed it up and took it to UPS. $20 for factory return shipping. I decided not to bother and took it apart at home. When I retired as a designer with several patents, I immediately saw the problem. The threaded damper shaft is made of nylon or something similarly soft. This injection molded nylon piece can't handle the sideways stress that occurs when you stick your head in your back, side, or leg and then move it around. The nylon eccentric provides an up and down movement, after which the motor rotates. The broken section is 8 mm or 0.315 inch x about 1/16 inch thick. It's a good design concept, just poorly executed. If you buy this, be very careful not to squeeze the handle back and forth until it's a muscle.
