Gauze for many purposes

I use them to cover a jar in which I brew kombucha, cover the bottom of a double boiler and use them to strain homemade peanut milk. They do not fade and have a very fine texture, which is the ideal quality for cooking. I boil them in water according to the directions before using and they come out soft, clean and ready to use.
