Great screen, compatible with Harmony remote, bad remote, power cord too short

If you can do without a cheap remote, short power cord and requirement, shipped by a crappy carrier ($70 shipping). to become. which charges after purchase regardless of Prime) is an amazing screen! First bad: remote sucks. It's cheaply made and has buttons that aren't even associated with anything (it's a generic third-party remote). Only the UP/DOWN/STOP buttons do anything (and that's okay, since that's all you have to do). You need to point it directly - and I mean DIRECTLY - towards the lower left side of the screen (small IR window). The power cord is hardwired to the unit, which sucks because you can't add another longer cord and have to use an extension cord to power it (which sucks when you have to run it up the wall like we did) . so good: As with any projector, unless you have a super bright projector, it's very difficult to see during the day, even with the blinds closed. Due to the tiny holes in the screen for acoustic transparency, some light comes through the back (even when we close the blinds on the windows behind the screen). Now for the good: This screen has great picture quality (we're going 1080p) and the acoustically transparent feature works flawlessly. We have had this screen for 9 months now and the motor has never seized. Their tech support is great and fast (there were a few issues with the remote). And what's really amazing is that you can connect this to Alex through the Harmony remote, app and hub (hereafter Harmony). NO NEED TO BUY AN EXTRA REMOTE CONTROL! (although you will need to purchase a Harmony remote with a hub). Harmony comes with an IR emitter on a long cord. If you position it below the screen and slightly in front, Harmony will control it when you add the Elite Screen IR to the app (scroll through the device options and Elite Screens is the choice). After I've added all of my other home theater devices to the Harmony app and set up a "Scene" (called "TV"), I can lower the screen, turn on the projector, and set my receiver to the correct input with the press of a button. Then you can use the Harmony Alexa Skill to control everything with Alexa. We just say "Echo, turn on the TV" and it sends the code to Harmony and activates the TV scene. We then programmed the "OFF" sequence into the scene, so if we say "Echo, turn off the TV," everything turns off! Oh, and leave that screen hanging open for a few days. Any wrinkles on the screen (yes, everyone has them) will disappear by themselves. At least that's what they did to me.
