Review on Maretron TFT 5H Displacement Hull Focus by Christopher Todd

This addition to my Maretron ultrasonic tank sensor was key to finally getting stable, reliable and repeatable readings from our storage tank. I'm a little concerned about the small diameter of the vent holes and liquid inlets that end up clogging (1/4" to 3/8" diameter) in the storage tank. Any other clean liquid is no problem. Be prepared to use a hacksaw to cut the pipe almost to the depth of the tank and attach the bottom cap. Glue is supplied to attach the bottom cap but in my case the cap was wedged that tight with a dry fit that I could. Don't remove it for the glue so leave it as is. Recommend this for much more stable and reliable readings from the Maretron tank's ultrasonic sensor.
