I bought this comforter hoping it would be a well tailored, offering the cozy warmth that natural wool is known for, while also wanting the comforter to be really soft to the touch . contact. feels good because the blanket is made of 50% alpaca wool and 50% merino wool. Well, I have no hesitation in saying that he exceeded all my expectations. I received the blanket quickly. When I took it out and examined it, I immediately liked the feel of the blanket's thickness. The blend of alpaca and merino wool really met my needs for a itch-free, soft skin feel. I found it good that the entire circumference of the blanket was double-stitched with a protective edge. It was a faint but not bad smell that could be detected by holding the blanket to your nose. I'm not sure how much of this was due to the plastic packaging or the natural wool fibers, but after just a few days of use it was almost gone, and I'd stress it was never something I found generally bothersome or off-putting. Don't let that bother you if you're considering buying this duvet. Super warm, nice thickness, very soft and aesthetically very pleasing to the eye allowing it to easily blend into any home decor. do not be disappointed!
