Well built gets the job
This pump is solidly built and gets the job done. I'm lifting water from a swamp, it should lift a water column 10ft, works like a charm. Take great care to keep the impellers lubricated. I pour a large amount, about the size of a thimble, of vegetable oil directly into the pump each time I use it. I've been using this pump for a few months, weekly, and it's still working well and sounds like it worked the first time. I am happy with this purchase.
