The place you put the wrench is not 19mm, it's too big I had to take a flat file and file all 6 sides until it fits 3/4 1/. 2, also the spring plunger was frozen which prevented me from adjusting the pulley to the belt. I removed the tensioner and put the plunger in with the spring still attached to the vise top and bottom and closed it all the way, then I pulled back the large side of the case and sprayed silicone spray and closed the case and removed the vise and they worked how they were made. I've also seen some complaints that the exposed part was noisy and the exposed part of the bolt was rough so I used a factory clip. from my old tensioner. I had to take it off 3 times before applying the silicone spray. Came without instructions. Hope that helps!
