I was skeptical when I bought it - and rightly so! It's just not possible for a case to be both breathable and waterproof at the same time. Regardless, I gave it a try based on other reviews. Unlike others I've used, the waterproofing lasted much longer. Usually they're no better than sheets after only 2 or 3 drying cycles, but after that many cycles they bleed out a bit. Enough that two absorbent pads alleviated the problem, so I bought a second one. Well, after a month, none are good. See I sweat at night and need to wash every other night so only 7 wash cycles each and even a little sweat will get my pillow wet which is very difficult to wash and dry and I got very dirty. Stop expecting anything from them. They are absolute rubbish. They couldn't even handle the advertised amount of liquid. If they had extra padding on top maybe the liquid could get through before it went through and if they had extra padding underneath maybe it would automatically protect the bed when it started to fail but even then it wouldn't be a good product. Why? "Because eventually it will fail and you won't know until something is destroyed. To be honest, a company shouldn't even advertise waterproofing if they can't guarantee it.
