Note that the internal hub bore is not knurled like the OEM, but as far as I can tell this doesn't cause a problem - as long as the nut is properly tightened on the shaft. It looks like the hub bore is slightly tapered for a snug fit. Before installing the lever, apply some heavy duty grease to the spring assembly to keep it from rusting too quickly (like the originals). This should give you a little more life and help keep the spring tension even on the glass.
