I bought this one and another dress at the same time to try, and this one was the keeper.2) No, this isn't a super fancy dress, but it looks that way when worn (and it's just under $30), so this is a pretty great deal.3) I have a small chest, so I often have problems with respect to dresses fitting correctly there. If you have A cups, you'll love this!4) Yes--sequins are kind of annoying
