The product itself is well made. Our lab puppy seemed comfortable wearing it and the reflector stripes are helpful when walking him at night. But the best part of this product is the customer service that stands behind it. I ordered a small one thinking it would fit out pup but unfortunately that did not turn out to be the case. I immediately reached out to the vendor who agreed to exchange it. The whole prpcess was painless and o recieved the medium our puppy needed. Great product plus great customer service!
