There were 5 pieces in this packaging but I had to throw away 2 of them because they were damaged. One of the three I kept is almost damaged and the two I doubt will last long. It has to be a factory fit as one of the ear hooks has a cut in the plastic and falls apart immediately so it's useless to say the brace doesn't fit your face very well and moves a lot. I do not recommend you to spend money on this product as it is very disappointing.
