Overall I really like this new accessory for my KitchenAid. However, I feel like it's not very well done like many of the other KitchenAid picks I have. Blade heads that go inward sometimes get stuck, yeah you're not paying attention. So make sure you cut off the skin if any type of parmesan, asian or roman parmesan contains it when you use it. Also, go slow and don't overfill the blade, it tends to fill up quickly and the cheese can stick.
