The ability to track progress of participants through assignments or due dates makes things easy for me while I'm not physically present in person. It's been difficult at times connecting my phone number with people who seem hesitant to give out their personal info over email. Also having trouble finding the right fit for all parties involved in each assignment. There are benefits being able to be hands-on without the hassle of needing an office space or hiring additional staff members. I really like that we have mentors who are very invested in our success! This helps give us motivation when it seems easy going forward. Also love how they provide you guidance for your marketing plan at no charge if needed or requested (which happened quite often). Some of my favorite parts include learning about what other businesses do well as far as their customer service goes. When creating content for social media posts/pages this tool gave me different ideas from which ones were good fits.
