THIS ITEM DOESN'T WORK AS DESCRIBED, IT WILL NOT PRINT YOUR LOGO NO MATTER I TRY, I PRESS THE IMAGE KEY, SELECT THE LOGO (MY PERSONAL) AND THE IMAGE WILL NOT UPLOAD , I tried uploading other images but that only allows you to use stupid logos there. The Chinese customer service website says it takes 3 days to reply. Oh, and this is a YouTube video that talks about it so much it forgets they skip right away on how to use your personal logo and type in one of their own. It is very important to buy goods made in the USA, even if you have to pay a little more. REVISION - Although customer service was not helpful, I was able to resolve the issue myself. Go to settings and click on "General", click on "PuQu" and then click on "Allow access to photo". The problem is solved, it is a pity that this is not in the basic instructions. With that said, this is a great product.
